Peanut Butter Pie ================= *Serves 6 for dessert* 4 oz cream cheese ½ c *creamy* peanut butter ½ c milk 1 c 10x confectioners sugar 1 8oz carton "Cool Whip" (or 6 oz whipped cream) 1 9" graham cracker crust (homemade or store-bought) Blend together first four ingredients until smooth. Fold in about 6 oz of Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust and freeze. May be served frozen or thawed.
